*DAMN R6 Forum

     Alrite I am determined to fight this one out, no matter what.  This is the story:
CB was Kilmore, Blake, ?asso?k vs Jake, monkey wrench, Raven ( who was banned from GR at the time and ip joined).
I told them I did not want Raven to join and play but through sturggle we let him play after a large arguement.  Blake being host we won the games 4-1 and then immediatly after the last game they said join Raven by ip.  So they left and monkey wrench hosted a room with Raven's ip and they all left.
I joined and told JAKE he should host because ip hosts are gonna cause bs problems which it did ( me and killy said there was bs) we lost all the tests and all the games on Raven's host except one which happined on the map The Met.
Through out the game i was bsing and told them to let ?cE Maniac to host because of course he would willingly host.
Back to when i told Jake to host all of Daf repedily said NO. that Raven was to host, and if we left we would forfet.  One of the games was the  5th game on Raven's host ( we were 5-4 by then) killy had managed to take out all of daf with taking 1 shot only, killy ran up the stairs on CC, he ran past the top border into a blank room with 2 doors, he went to the edge where he killed the second Daf, he crouched  and having his gun to the door to his right, Jake runs in looking straight ahead when Jake killed kilmore when kilmore was in the corner, 1 hit kill.
Of the arguements after the game 1 was that it was major bs, kilmore knows that it was bs. he had said it was bs from the beginging of the test runs.
The problem is here that we said the ip host was bs but they argued and a good RS team would acknowledge to let someone else host, someone like Maniac, but they had a problem with that and did not want to let him host.

Major points i will put out is when i questioned Jake and told him that he should host and not raven and told him we should leave and he should host and when i said that he said "Da? JAKE1-3: then you forfeit" .  Why would he have to lie about something, it is just a game, it would not be a forfeit as later VooDoo, Cutter, and Kilzo pointed out after the game that i spoke in the Bar and Grill.  We thought we would forfeit and i would not take a forfeit, even if it was on a bs ip host and ip joininers.  I just want to know if someone here can clear this up, the final score was Agt 5 - 6 , Daf 6-5.

I also have a ScreenShot of Jake admitting he lied about us forfeiting if we did not join the ip host and that we belived him and he laughs in the bar in grill.

*DAMN Battle League: clanladder only for Mac (Apple Macintosh) clans and players operating in GameRanger. Ip joining as well as other platform players are only allowed if both clans agree. Only clanbattles set up through GameRanger are counted;


you knew it was an ip game...you joined anyway...and you lost. all you can do is cb them again and get revengaaa!

*DAMN BL General Game Play Rule #8: If you refuse a host at the beginning of the cb you can't be forced to play on this host, so try to finish the cb with the same players and chosen host you started it to avoid problems.

I refused at the begging of their host after blake hosted his 5 games, I even said Maniac could host but they said no we'd forfeit.

They tried to get me with *DAMN BL General Game Play Rule #11: A CB must be started and finished at one time, it cannot be delayed midway through. If a team is not able to finish the CB they must forfeit(we are only interested in finished cbs if you and the other clan should agree to delay a cb against our suggestion you are responsible to end it don't ask us for help once finished submit the cb as all others).

smoke you obviouslly didn't refuse it if you played it anyway. you only refused it after you lost. rs is havin a tough time anyway without this ghr type shit. leave it be smoke. take the loss and ask for a rematch.

I didn't want to play on their host, i told them to let maniac host and wed fight it out there but they said no.  they said i didnt join the game we lost due to forfeit what was i sapose to do i wasnt gonna lose to daf

Multiplayer games were built for IP joining. GameRanger is just an application that does all the IP/Port stuff automatically. IP hosting will cause no more "bs" than Gameranger hosting. Also, it's not really fair that you are allowed to have your host (one player host advantage) and then not allow the other team to host (with their one player host advantage).

Deal with the loss. Don't try to get cheap wins. If that's what you want to do, go play some Ghost Recon.

Snipe you obviously didnt read the stuff at the top, they could have hosted with someone else , raven didnt need to host, look ijust dont want them to get a cheap win, we could continue the same game with 4-1, on another host, i dont want a cheap win, i just dont want a cheap loss, if were gonna lose, i want us to lose cleanly.

Cassock I'm sorry that Jake has tricked you into believing that you would forfeit but as bl rules that's why you play test games.  You have the right to refuse any host.  After you start the real cb though you can't leave and must complete the games.  Sorry that this has happened but you did complete all of the games.
