Post by: BTs_Lee.Harvey on November 01, 2003, 08:00:59 am
ok i have a question.... Do you have to play a cb on the same account that you signed up as being on in the bl (game ranger account #)??? And is there a way to chech to see if they person playing in the cb is realy the person who is signed up in the bl (anyway to check account # in the BL area).. just wondering.... b/c of the guys that we had impersonating others earlier this season.. just came to my mind if there was a way to check to make sure account # matched up.

Very interesting... Also what happend to the GR rule of only using one account? Having a quick look under a particular ~SL member (no names honest)  came up with FIVE different accounts...
Now some people use several machines... and say therefore they need several accounts: No
Others host servers: yes

But why do people need about 6 or seven different accounts?

No you don't have to play on the same account but you do have to keep the same name and clan.  You can't be aliasing and playing under other clans.  It is possible to get the persons ip if they have a different computer still, it's the same.  You'll be able to tell who they are.
