So I just installed Panther, and I like it EXCEPT for the new voice. It sounds like some half-asleep, geriatric smoker-woman and i just wanna shoot her! ::) Any ideas how I can change it in iChat AV so I don't have to put up with it? I haven't found anything... ??? I haven't found anything..." go to your system preferences and choose "Speech" there... in this go to "Standardvoice". there?s the list of available voices and u can change it to another if u want. Could always just turn it off.... That and or dig out (i think its the 3rd installer cd) with extra fonts and voices, and install some alternatives. Then jsut replace her in your libary folder ... i think. |
