Title: change the "atleast amount" of players? Post by: Toxic::Joka on September 26, 2003, 06:03:15 pm I was just thinking that since there now is a 2v2 ladder, maybe the games in the main ladder should be atleast 3v3's ??
I know the 2v2 ladder dosent have the same rules, and theres certain maps they cant play. But how many out there wants to play vilinus 2v2 anyway? Because sometimes you need those extra little points when you only have 2 guys online. I learnt that from the last season. Most clans will never play a 2v2 but I think its up to them on the day. By including a 2v2 game with 3v3 game you are judging an orange by apple standards. Even if both clans fighting agree to it, you should include 2v2 matches in the team ladder. There is a separate ladder that is BUILT for 2v2 matches and that is where those 2v2 matches should be.

Teamwork is very much diminished in a 2v2 situation, and I agree that the Team ladder should reflect a team environment with 3v3s and above.

Post by: Saberian 3000 on September 28, 2003, 03:30:43 am Well, I think 4 vs 4 is just the default from what I understand of the rules so if 2 clans cannot decide how many members to use then the default is now set a 4 vs 4. Other then that i am under the assmption that you can use as many players as you want. Correct me if I am wrong.
