This may or may not be common knowledge, but I ran across some .22 long rifle ammo that does not contain gunpowder. Its uses something else, and makes no sound, or very little. Sounds like a pellet gun, if that loud. The company that makes the round also makes rounds for .223. I havent tried them yet, but fully intend too.
