Let me know if this link doesn't work, I'm not sure if it is public access or not...I'm thinking perhaps not. It is too long for me to post verbatim. Anyway, it is a brilliant article about the hypocricy of people in the US who criticize the UN as not working or France for threatening the veto. Only China has used veto power less than France (with USSR/Russia and the US first and second by a huge margin). It also has some strong points about why this war was not legal.
