Title: Re: napster, drumbeat, limewire.. oh my! Post by: WeaSelFlinK on May 05, 2002, 07:32:34 am I myself use LimeWire as well, and I must confess most of the time it is slow. Not always, but sometimes. With my 768kbps DSL connection, I can go down to 3 or even 2kbps when downloading songs or files of any kind. The slower, the worse. On the other hand, I can be real fast too sometimes.
A good thing I find about the application is the search engine itself. Sometimes I find files and songs which I cannot find elsewhere... which is good, right? Although speed does matter, learning to be patient about these things is all there is to it, frankly. -Beefy, sick @ home. |
