Title: Oddly enough, I'll miss you Post by: Typhy on February 08, 2003, 10:04:48 am Today marks the end of the clan of STFU. While during their existance, AK and STFU was a hated riverary, with, saddly enough, both clans wishing the other would "Just die". Well, that "just die" part finally happened today to the clan of STFU. In some odd way, I will miss the STFU's.
Founded on the second of January, 2002, as a breakoff clan from AK, lead by Seth ( now Meth ) and Saberian, STFU became a large and active clan. During it's first battle league in existance, the STFU clan came in second, behind AK. While they would never get this high again, they would continue to be a top 10 clan. Anyways, enough with the history; Just wanted to say "I'll miss you STFU". Best of luck to all of the former members in whatever clans they decide to join. -Typhy Title: Oddly enough, they died... Heh, you know I loved playing a publicly known rival to our clan. Made all games that much more interesting ;) It is sad that they're now gone, but I guess I will miss them in a strange way too ??? Guess our rivalry helped both of our clans get known, but now they finally let it all go. Who knows, maybe Rabid will try to start it up like he's trying to do with every other clan that's dead! Now what happened to STFU? They always have a lot of members on? Did Meth and Sab just say they were done and closed? They have like 30 members with the tags on when I do a quick Gameranger check. As far as I know, StFU is not done. Some members quit yesterday, including myself (I have gone back to my first and one of 2 clans Dr. along with pussy) and Sab and a few others decided to break away also. I have not heard anything in relation to StFU folding. I know StFU dropped off of BL, but to my knowledge, StFU is planning on returning. Meth and Lose were the guys who formally recruited me, and I still consider them friends. I was in that clan for I think almost 2 years. Reccently, the clan has been moving in a direction where I feel it would be best to part ways. Nothing personal with anyone, just my decision. I think you guys should ask Meth or Losemoney before declaring StFU done. Just because a few members leave, doesn't mean the clan will fold. Anyways, I just wanted to clear tht up and to let the people who were curious to know as to why some of us left, not that I can speak on behalf of those who did. -Letum Title: Re:Oddly enough, I'll miss you Post by: pal on February 08, 2003, 07:40:16 pm Oddly, within a few hours of two members of the +stfu+ clan departing to join a reforming Dr. Clan, it is posted that +stfu+ is dead. I do not know this to be the case since the founding members of +stfu+ have not departed the clan. I don't feel that +stfu+ is anywhere close to dead, I wish the remaining members of +stfu+ the best, and look forward to continuing a longstanding good relation with +stfu+ and every other clan we have known.
