Parmesan, cheddar, monty-jack, and mozzerella all make daily appearances in my all-star line up of daily food choices. Ooh and asiago too, I really enjoy Panera's asiago bagels with some garden cream cheese. Oh shit, there's another type! The list just goes on and on!
