Both include Weapon Editors. These prgoram can be found in your ...\Red Storm Entertainment\Urban Operations folder. (or Rogue Spear) It's been a while, I hope i got it right..................Does that help? ??? You still have to edit files, I suggest DL'ing a small wep mod and using it as a template for your mod. Change/replace the filenames with your own, tis is how I got started, although Cobra is much more efficient at wep making, I just like to make the models, lol. ;D
