It isn't like I could have said "Kos is choosing to particpate" That would be completely off from the meaning. Only using one of the two also would be the wrong meaning. The only way to get the particular meaning in this instance is two have the two negatives. English is odd like that, they say no double negatives as a rule, but naturally there are exceptions. And Rob... I todl you to wait 2 weeks so I had time to prepare. I havn't truley played rs consistently since the summer. It has nothing to do with me being scared.
