*DAMN R6 Forum

Here's the deal.  OoA Rob has been on a insult spree talking smack about a pic he found on my www.rapidesigns.com website.  He put his insults in the GG forums(Which were deleted yesterday after  numerous requests to have it removed since Sunday the 22nd.)  Now OoA Rob has taken it to GR where he idles with a title of  a pic and is constantly insulting me and I'm fed up with his crap.  Sure I'd like to get a pic like he did and claim it was him and talk mad shit on it to let him see how he likes it.  He has been doing after the new rules were put in effect on Tuesday(or was it Monday).  We had our fun going back and forth, but it was ended when Mauti presented the new rules.  Rob feels above it all and has been insulting me in these forums and on GR all week.  

Second is CUNT Yoda.  Jeb made some stupid ass copies of our icons and flipped them and painted them pink to insult us.  Those icons were not allowed to be used after Monday, but Yoda still wears it to this day and won't take it off.  Sure I wan't to make my version of their icon and let them have a dose of their own medicine, but that would be breaking the set rules.  Now please take action and don't take it lightly on these known AK Trouble Makers that bring all the drama they can think of against us.  Jeb also photoshoped some picture and was spammint the url to others in GR and in the MacClans chat.  He took it down now, since he knew he was breaking the rules and knew I had found out about it.  It is time to enforce all the new rules and not give no more "warnings" or light punishment.  I am mad that they been doing this all week with nobody doing nothing...   >:(

I guess you weren't content with what I told you privately...I guess I'll leave this to see if anyone else gives you more sympathy in your requests that Rob and Jeb be punished over an insult and an icon (that is in no way insulting) respectively.  I have warned them both but that is as far as I care to go with it.  If any other admin feels more punishment is due then I'll submit to their feelings...but I don't suspect that.

it was in the Destructo's RX-7 series. that hasn't been online for a couple weeks. It was online before your sensless ass was spamming the NADS site, and it was offline well before the rule change.

and about the icon, yoda hasn't been online alot lately and it happens that he has had that icon on for at least 4 weeks. I havn't talked to yoda about the new rules but i'll do that next time i see him.
as for using the term "offensive" about that icon....

If i'm at fault for having a picture of you (it is you) in a photoshop of destructo's weak ass mazda 3 weeks ago... not to mention that it was offline before the rule change. and you have this up as we speak, how is that not a volation?

Bondo, you warned Rob on Tuesday and he hasn't stopped.  Today I haven't seen anything, but it went all the way to yesterday and I have SS's of it.

Jeb, your icon is a clear attempt to insult our clan.  We've only had that icon for 2 1/2 weeks.  That's a violation and I have SS's of Yoda wearing it all the way to yesterday. Your Photoshopped pic was a clear violation and you posted it on MacClans chat and on GR.  

Now I ask, is it ok for Jeb and  Rob to act like this since it's against me?  Is this how this is working?  

Otherwise, I should be able to post the pic I believe is Rob and insult him in the same fashion without nobody saying shit to me.  This is what Mauti didn't want happening.  I didn't do it.  Rob and Jeb and Yoda did.  They want to break the rules and try and tempt me to fire back to make it ok, I don't think so.  I'll simply relax and point out what they're doing and let them get in trouble.  I won't respond to them and get myself in trouble.  I'll let Mauti and *DAMN respond to them.  If bondo says it's ok what rob did, then I won't be in any penalty of doing the same thing he did back.  It's obvious that people want to carry double standards making it ok when people fuck with us, but not ok when we respond to their nonsense and fuck with them back.  This will all end soon.  >:(

I would have to agree with Jeb. Its perfectly ok for Rapid to show a fake picture of "what I look like" but when someone does it to him it deserves "severe punishment". Dude...  First of all, Yoda may have been on gameranger... How much of that time was he idle? Furthermore, when was the last time Yoda made a post!? I mean, come on, it's obvious Yoda hasn't heard of these new rules yet...

Why is it  that no one has actually posted defending Rapid besides rapid? Maybe it's just because... the community doesn't give a fuck Rapid. We've heard it all from you, "he cheats.. they said AK on their webpage (who cares if it says congratulations).. they insulted me 10 years ago! You take any little thing on GameRanger and take it way to seriously... I gotta say I doubt there was one day I went onto GameRanger without being insulted... Maybe if you learned most insults are playful, and thus respond with a funny insult yourself... you could make a friend!? (wow... sounds rather unlikely)

well heres rule (22.1.) Impersonation of a clan or players that is hurtful through a website, GR name/icons, or any type up to the admins' discression, is strictly forbidden and will be subject to punishment of offending clan/players.

read it rapid... see that word in bold? the word "discression"... as far as i can see a pink icon is not bad... nore is a name like ooa rob.pic bad... BL admins are not the RS police, this is turning into "but he did this" "but he did that" back and forth... this is not kindergarden... we are not going to spend our time on stupid shit like "omg he said we are smelly" or "he said we cheat!", shit like that.

  The second word in there is "hurtful" as you can probley see. i don't think a pink icon is hurtfull, if it is well then you will have to deal with it. as long as it's not hurting a clans image/reputation.
   
Let me give an example of breaking rule 22.1. that would be the AH,*NADS sites were both sides had bad lanuage in there sites...any site that is copying another clan sites layout... or an icon like the AH one... constant harassment from a clan.

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in you guys...as long as you can't stay calm while Rapid goes off, it makes everyone look bad.  With that said.  Rapid, the limits of where we will use the rule must be set through example...in this case I felt Rob crossed the line, but not to a point where it was awful and also not one that had been set out.  So I gave him a warning and all of you should know that insulting others like that is not acceptable.

The icon thing I'm dismissing completely as it isn't offensive or even insulting really.  Finally about Jeb's photoshop, I gave him a premptive warning that it could be problematic and he took them down prior to my recieving your complaint so it isn't a valid complaint.

Sorry Rapid, but the rule would be counterproductive if we just went about banning everyone for everything.

Cool Bondo.  You failed to properly read my post.  You gave Rob a warning, but Rob ignored it and kept posting insults throughout the whole week.  That's the reason for this post in the first.  If you say that it's ok for rob to do that, then it's ok for me to make assumptions of who rob is and post it and spam the url to everybody and their momma the way he did.

Also Bondo, You say that icon wasn't offensive?  Ok then, I will start wearing the *DAMN icon in pink and see how you like it.  Maybe you will like it(obvious reasons), but I know overall your clan won't and will probably find it offensive enough to try to get me and my clan banned.  Wow, not the case when  CUNT does that to |?K| though... ???  

About the BS photoshopped pic of me, if you got that notice before your "deadline", then I guess I'll have to live with that.  But remember that he had it posted just a few days ago when he knew he wasn't supposed to have any pics up, and most definately not of me.  Sure he does Photoshopped pics of others, but he also gets along with those people.  I don't get along with him. >:(

Rapid, I have no record of Rob carrying on nor in what fashion he did so, thus I can't assume it happened.

As for making a pink DAMN logo, go ahead...and make sure you send me it so I might be able to use it ;).
