*DAMN R6 Forum

I know this might be the wrong place to post, but it's the most widely checked... I was thinking about having a Rainbow 6 day... Where all you Rainbow 6 whores and vets could play rainbow 6... I dunno, a meeting of old friends... Like Mauti, Skippy, JN, Gem, Alias (all the old SiX, SAC, SBR, and SEALswhores) Wrath, loudnotes (JN/POD whores), Bander, Mac, Nix, Wench(SKULL, BONE) would all show up and play some rainbow 6... I just don't know if anyone would actually show up... If you had the opportunity to see you're old pals from way back when... Would you play some r6... Eh, this is prolly a bad idea, I'm tired as hell... But the R6 community needs a boost now more then ever... What do you say?

R6 refuses to run on my geforce 3 sadly. I'd love to play it against the vets. Mb it would run on my 2nd video card i have (voodoo 5). oh well i'll have to give it a shot

Also considering Jeb isn't exactly the first (fifty) R6 vet that would come to mind so I would have been shocked if he was mentioned.  Rapid, the point was that this game is for R6 players from two years ago, not necessarily anyone who plays R6 although I'm sure they'd be welcomed.

I'm not quite sure of a date yet, I'm just brainstorming right now really... We would have to contact LOTS of people... I wonder if RumRunner could be found anywhere... Anyway, anyone should be welcome, but this would be more of a homecoming for vets... and a nostalgia of old times

P.S. Jeb, I got a Voodoo 5... it works with r6 (even though its dying... and im getting like 1 fps... )

yeah the Voodoo 5 is weak,
Bigpat gave it to me for free as a video card for a 2nd monitor.
I did get R6 to run on it today, but it was pretty damn slow. i wonder if i'd have better luck running R6 in classic

    I wasn't even aware 10+ could run r6! I didn't think it would work! OMG LOL... Anyway, yes... install it on 9! :)

Back to the point... if this is going to happen, I'll need emails...

I suggest each old school clan (six sac sbr seals rain pod skul bone) is contacted and asked to email their old clanmates... I would hope the leader's would have it's old clan members e-mail addresses. If this is the case, we would have chain upon chain of people with their friend's ip's! (Like Pig, leader of six, would have all the 6 member's ip's... From this all the 6 members could contact anyone from gameranger they have the ip of...) If every clan is made aware of this, every person might be contacted through chain reaction... I figure this might take a few weeks... so... I'm not gonna set a date yet.

Geek, Bwahahaha... Lies! You?! Good!? Riiiiiight.. bwahahaha... The only reason you don't reinstall is you can't beat us now a days... I play rs and r6, as does ejo (who started as rs) and we both enjoy r6... somewhat (me more then jo)

ben, remember who taught you the way of the eagle watch...? like 2 years ago at 3 AM we ran around and i showed you all the tricks of haci and csl and the likes. i dont know why, but after 2 weeks of RS, R6 just made me cringe. perhaps it was becuase i knew it like the back of my hand and was ready for a change...
