*DAMN R6 Forum

Well, as me and many other people were trying to have some friendly chatting, we were constantly being interrupted by Rapid spamming the Fake Nads site link. I am quite certain that he was warned a countless number of times. I'm sick of seeing the site, and he's posted it AT LEAST 2 HUNDRED TIMES on macclans chat, without exaggeration. Since gameranger is down, macclans is one of the few places to turn to, and with rapid spamming his site, (a site btw, which has no links, and which he's so proud of) it's just ruining everything. He claims that it's in retaliation, and that his creating and posting the site in public many times is justified. However, this has been REVIEWED BY THE BATTLE LEAGUE ADMINISTRATORS AND IT WAS SET FORTH THAT DISRESPECTFUL MOCK SITES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Should no action be taken towards this situation, I feel that the battle league admins would have made an appearance that anything goes, and anyone can make any comments or say anything at all disrespectful towards other clans and/or their members, without due authority taking place, and proper punishment being distributed. As I warned rapid I would post something in the forum if he didn't stop spamming the site, he said, what I felt to be mocking the battle league admins, "ya snipe, go for it, muahahhahahaha, watch NOTHING happen" He also mentioned the phrase, "they might not believe you snipe," when I told him that I was going to tell the battle league what he did. There were many other people present, many witnesses.
Anyway, I, and Rebel was behind me 100%, as well as a handful of others, are tired of this lame attempt from rapid to try to seek hateful revenge, in a childish manner. Rapid, you claim to be 26 years old. TWENTY SIX YEARS OLD. And what? You make websites about clans that you have a grudge against because you would be embarrased if you went and cried to mommy? Get a life.

Stick up for them all you want.  They didn't get punished and they got to do their damage.  Now it's time for me to do my share of damage right back.  Capt was abnoxious and did the same thing of spamming the url everywhere he could, including these forums(Still not deleted).  Of course when I do it, it's wrong! (WTF)  Mauti and I already talked about this and he's disappointed that *NADS got to do the damage they did.  I had my page at one time and never publicly announced it to anybody.  I showed a BL Administrator that I thought I could trust and told him this was not for public viewing.  Too bad after getting in an arguement with him a couple of weeks later, he decided to do his own damage against me.  He showed others the URL I had shown him in private in hope to make it look as if I just uploaded it.  Unfortunate incident and why me and Mauti had the talk we had.  Now, don't worry, be happy. :)

I am caught up on the *NADS/|?K| issue. First thing that I see here is some dude comming in and saying that |?K| and Rapid should be perma ban from the Battle League, hmm, where were you when *NADS did this? Oh wait, they're your friends. If anyone gives me this bull shit about how |?K| should be ban from the league, I'm going to just start ignoring their posts. |?K| has done the exact same thing that *NADS did. The diffrence, is that *NADS's offense was durring a Battle League Season, therefor effected the Battle League.

Now onto Rapid's posts. If I can avoid throwing up at the site of them. Rapid, please explain the logic behind your creating a *NADS spoof site. There is none, Rapid has lost any case that he wanted to make against *NADS as a result of commiting a direct offense himself, while his is not durring the battle league season, so he can not be punished for it. He's shown that he is no better than them and that he doesn't have the willpower to avoid the temptation to do things like that.

hehe rapids a dumbass. NADS and AK both barely escaped punishment for their earlier mockery of each other, but rapid just cant leave it alone. NADS let it slide, but AK doesnt let up with its childish behavior. over and over again they do retarded stuff no one else would get away with, and somehow get out of it. i suppose this isnt worth wasting my time bitching about, because i know nothing will happen. its the nature of the BL.

   I am thinking that Rapid gets punished not AK, (thyphy for that matter) seeing how they had nothing to do with it. hmmmm, this site is gay...  rapid i am impressed with the site. What do you do for an encore? Fart?

what are you talking about? NADS got kicked from the BL for posting the site a 2nd time... and was let back in, once that person showed people the site you made.

Rapid and Anarch were warned the 1st time the site came out. The 2nd time the site was posted, Anarch got kicked and Rapid got warned not to make one... if i remember Rapid, you said NADS got what they deserved when they got kicked from the BL for the 2nd site... ( see top paragraph for end of story on that)

Rapid, you posted the site this time on your own freewill, so i believe you should get what you deserved.

Nads got 1 warning and then kicked the 2nd time... you got 2 warnings...and i feel action should be taken toward you for the 3rd time.

lol, this was a very stupid thing to do rapid...I would not be surprised if you get the boot from the BL for putting that site up again.

As for Anarchy or whoever has control of the AH site, if you were smart, you would not put that site back up in retaliation if you knew what was good for you.

 Fist off, way to abuse your moderational powers by deleteing Deadlock's post. I see that Deadlock is handling this issue just fine with opinions and statements that I agree with, so I'll let him keep at it. anyway, yes. both AK and NADS have done this before. however, AK kept doing it, even after a warning and a very close call. what the hell? i say boot em for a season. NADS got kicked for their leaders actions... so...

my god, the level of logic (or intelect for that matter) in this thread is immensly underwelming.  other than deadlock and oso, i dont think i've seen an actual case madefor either side made in a convincing fashion.

as for rapid and his 'doses of their own medicine' i think it's hi time that we in the forums give rapid one big dose of HIS own medicine in the form of a big boot from the bl and the forums. hell he's been warned 3 times, and countless others in the past(i really didnt want to dig through all that shit to come up with an actual number. it's safe to say that he's been warned at least 3 times prior to this)

on a side note, snake, you have to have the worst admin philosophy i have ever seen. you dont see me going around an deleating all of rapid and typhy's posts simply because i dont agree wth their point. either wise up on how to be fair, or drop the position, there's no third choice here

 Snake, I understand from reading through things, that in response to Rapid creating that *NADS spoof site, *NADS will not be punished. Also, |?K| can mock whatever the hell they want 'till the battle league season starts. Personaly, I think that Rapid was a total dumbass to create that *NADS mock site, he had things going perfectly from his point of view, *NADS was about to be suspended as their punishment, etc. Then he felt the need to create this site, and now to go spamming the URL, beacuse of this, he's lost any case that he might have had against *NADS since he commited an offense almost equal, the diffrence being that his did not ocure durring a battle league season.

Brain, I come to question where you say that Rapid has been warned countless times in the past. When I first entered these forums, I read back through many old topics trying to get a better grasp of things that have happened here in the past. Rapid was warned not to post the *NADS site, perhaps that is true, but as I brought up before, since it isn't durring a Battle League season, it has no effect on the battle league, therefor not a concern to the admins. Meaning that no punishment could be fairly handed down to Rapid from the Battle League. Other than that, I see somthing way back in the |?K| vs Nixon thread. It shows that |?K| was on a zero tollerance thing, I dug back though old posts and topics though, and found that all that Rapid has done is been a dumbass and pissed people off. He has never broken a rule, therefor, no one can make a case that Rapid should be ban from the battle league just because you dislike him.

I'd agree with Brain that Snake is a very poor admin, my post was along the lines of "Snake, I won't read your post 'till you go back, modify it and get my name correct". This was a result of him calling me "Deadcock". If you're going to throw mindless insults twards me into your posts, then you'd better not delete my posts asking you spell my name correctly.

On a side note, Snake, it's good to hear that you are serving your country, what are you in? Marines? Army?

Deadlock, from what i heard Mauti tell people about the NAD's vs Ak spoof site... he clearly said something along the lines of :  NO SITES THAT DEGRADE ANOTHER CLAN WILL BE TOLERATED AND ACTION WILL BE PLACED AGAINST THOSE WHO DO.

Mauti told us this just after the NAD's spoof site was placed in and NAD's was reentered into the BL for Ak's actions

It doesn't matter if it was during the BL or not, what rapid did was degrade another clan using a spoof site after mauti has warned us all

I would like to say first that I have spoken to Mauti and as the rule enforcing respect of clans doesn't go into effect until the next season starts and AK thus agrees to it, that there is no BL punishment for this.  If it had been done two weeks later after the season started AK would likely have gotten suspended for a long time.

On the other hand, this is still a forum and forum punishment is possible and Rapid has been put on the warning to be banned list in the GG.  Any step out of line in the coming week or two and he will not be posting for a while.
