Title: A Game, that's it! Post by: Colin (Gorf's brother) on September 19, 2002, 02:23:10 am I wanted to say this before i get owned or something cause then u will all say, "what a romulus!" Everyone keep in mind that this is just a game and it should not be life. I am sure that sadly, people do sit at their computers all day (although that could be their job) playing games. Now that school :( is back on, i only have a little bit of time on the weekends for games. My brother gorfy, who is at boarding school NEVER has time for games except probably a bit of time on the weekends and even then he can't play on gr. I will be going to a coed ;D;D;D boarding school next year, so the same thing will happen with me. I was just wondering what some of u guys do besides gr...i do cross-country (running, not skiing) and it is becoming a big part in my life (with all of the running and such ;))

Actually I play baseball and am in my school's multi-time national award winning play production group, the Staples Players (no not the office supply store, that's the name of my school, named after a Horace Staples). Recently we just won a New England award for our production of "Into the Woods," a Stephen Sondheim show. Anyway, why am I telling you all this Colin, you know what staples is. I am registered for the national forensic league (debate) and currently have over 1789 points (by the way, thats a good thing.) I do cross-country running, track, baseball, football, basketball, i am in fencing, Model UN, i am the editor of the yearbook. Most of the things i do go around school. I am never at home on weekends and can only play after i have done homework and gone to hockey practice every night. when i make varsity this year as a freshman, i will be playing about 200 games a year. in the summer, i veg out and play RS along with some baseball. i go to a jesuit highschool.. BAH!

Unfortunatly with college coming up practicaly all my friends have moved off to college, while i'm staying in seattle going to college. I don't have a job either. When im not doing anything else, I will go on a date with my gf, play computer games, or go find a pick-up game of basketball at the local park. Now that I am going off to college, I will have to find a whole new routine to do...maybe I will walk on to the baseball team, who knows. Yoda - there is no way in hell you do that many sports if they are all on high school teams. Many of them overlap in time and you wouldn't have the time to be able to do that. I go to a lot of local concerts and stuff. Lots of ska bands around here, plus some cool blues, funk, rock, and jazz ones around too. I like walking around during the middle of the night when it's dark and scary, too. Good times. m00t!

If I am not studying, with my girlfreind, I am probabbly biking up and down the city. I also do Paintball during the weekends and have a scewnario paintball team. I am also a retired competetive swimmer and still sprint in any pool or swimming hole there is. Before I moved to Texas I was a good cross country skiier. As many of you people know, snow does not exist in Texas.

R O F L ..... okay well i do a ton of shit. my life is packed now that i think about it. My name is Geoff ("jeff" for the americans here), I am a junior in high school and 16 years old. (17 soon) I wake up every morning at 6:30, take a shower, get dressed, hit breakfast (usually a grapefruit, bagel with peanutbutter, and chocolate milk), and then get to my first class by 8 AM. After the academic day ends at 2 PM (cause i have last period free), i hurry back to my dorm, get changed, and go play an hour of squash with my girlfriend Amanda. Then i rush off and get changed and ready for 2 hours of soccer practice. At 5:15 when practice gets out i take another shower before dinner, which me and my friends usually go to Subway or the local Japanese restaurant. From 7 till 8 i "chill" with amanda and then head back to the dorm for evening study hall. I work diligently for 2 hours until 10, at which time i go say goodnight to all the froshie girls hanging outside, then i check-in the dorm, do 50 ab rolls, and go to sleep. My real name is Colin(duh). I'm stuck in an all-boys school with PCs. Because of the shitload of work we get, i'm pretty much not allowed to leave the prision(house). I can only play games on weekends=i can only do anything besides homework on weekends. My parents our whores(not literally)! When i get a 99 on a test the first thing my dad says is "why didn't you get 100?" Right now, the only thing that is working for me in my life is cross-country. Gorf knows what i'm talking about, but next year, i'm getting out of this shit town and going to a boarding school for sure! However i do have the ability to play mohaa and rs on weekends. Plus the xbox and probably a couple things i haven't thought of yet, but i'd trade it all in a second for what gorf said! PS: Gorfy, is Amanda of the 8 people ur bringing home this weekend?
