I noticed that you used percents for the frames. I'll asume you have a screen resolution of somehting similar to 1024x760, since, on my 800x600 screen res, the top links are cut off. I had to click on the grey frame tab and move it down to view the links. Now, I don't rely think the frames are messed up, but the picture- it seems to also expand and shrienk when I move the bar, so I also assume that it has percents. You also might want to change the color of the text for the questions and the answers so it's easier to read...
