However I love the Aug since I used this perfect gun for 8 months in the Army. In RS the gun isn't as good as in real but in single shot the Steyr hits very well. I often use it for sniping.

Post by: Typhy on August 31, 2002, 05:09:48 am Well, I would disagree with Mauti that the PDW is straight up the best gun, when I was playing my best, I was using the HK MP5A4, I don't know, somthing about the A2 I dislike. I am not really an Assult Rifles person, but when I do use one, it's the Steyr Aug.

certain maps i won't use any gun other than a pdw, like chalet, or maze. i spend most my time using the pdw, unless i want to prefire on a map like depot, i'd use the A2 cause it shoots slower and has a larger spread. Guns like the M4 and Entfeild are quite good for CQC, i find that if i run into someone in a hall or something its easy to kill them with the M4, rather than using the clip on the pdw then killing them with the 9mm. also, the pdw is the best 'stratigic defense" gun IMHO, if the person warps past my c4, its a cakewalk killing them with a pdw. Laggers also determin what gun to use. i know that if i wanna piss people off and get acused of using a aimbot, i'll use the 9mm only (and win :P) |
