*DAMN R6 Forum

OK I've been workin on the pistol mod, which will be released thru CO as the "Expert handgun Mod" and I will send TRD a copy that is named "TRD Pistol Combat"... Both mods will show up in the mods folder under the same name so it's like the same mod. The main differences are the splash screens are different colors.
I have added a new taurus PT95 auto (polished with gold accents!), the Newark S&W .40 from SWAT, A new S&W .40 Sigma, a SOCOM, a Xevious laser pistol from RL, and I plan on adding a Browning High Power in 9mm, if not any other ones.. If it's not a huge rush, I may add 2 light uniforms with low encumberance for fast running.. The mod is really geared towards MP.

Cobra, check the cobra folder on the server, I uploaded what I have so far and the TRD splash screens are inside the TRD folder in the bitmap folder, they will of course be the main ones in the actual TRD version but if you wanna see them...they are there 4 now. I also edited a full string text file and added the equipment and ammo sections to it.
it should really be ready by the weekend I estimate, Cobra let me know what u think, I may also have accidentally caused some bugs with the inventory names,  ;D

the pistol mod sounds great, not too good with pistols myself, but....all I gotta say is the SOCOM kicks ass. glad its gonna be in there  ;D

today I added a CZ 85 combat 9mm, a CZ 75 standard .40, and the lovely Browning Hi Power 9mm in that nice grimy finish..

wait wait! there should definitely be a few GLOCK's in the new mod. I've heard some requests - course its always up to you guys ;) But! as far as my own thoughts - I would like to see some more "interesting" guns added. Atleast glock as the trainer (17t) and the good ole' P23 BB gun. Also, the FivenSeven and 5-7 silenced would be nice.. oh oh -- one more important thing -- how about a pistol that shooots fletchetes? -- that would be nuts --- as some of the TRD guys know (Cobra mainly, lol) -- I love the ammo mods!

Well guys i guess if you have a small request you might want to add it now if not it wont be there and if so its only if coco has time to add it but it would be nice to see what others would like to see in the pistols mod . me personaly i like what ever is in a coco and cobra mod because it kills and it kills good

Coco said I one of his previous posts that this mod is geared towards multiplay. Guess that's why there's frickin laser beams in it.

ive seen 60 % of the mod and its the best pistol mod out and also there has been 2 of the biggest uo pistol popping clans out there that have played it and they think by far it is gonna be better then glock or any other pistol mod out so with just 60% of it i can imagine what 100% of it will make it  muhahaha

lazer sites create the best pistol players there is if you can hit them with a little dot then you will rule trust me its hard but i like the lazer best it is easy to see the whole body with no ret in the way and it is best for aming practice  youll see and youll learn to love it trust me

is the EHM going to have its own custom skin for each pistol? or old models cuz i finally found that LINK THE OPP CLAN HAD and downloaded the beta and some of the guns had old wep models.

Ok I fixed the problems, and now all of the weapons are working properly...you had a couple of ammo issues. I will upload the version Thanksgiving Day. There is one model missing from what I can tell and that is the last gun in the list. I love the splash screens...just a few more tweaks and it will be ready.

Oh boy i can't wait for it to come out. EVERY DAY IS CHRISTMASS IN THIS WEBSITE!!!!
