It's a very detailed writeup, but it's meant for some type of role playing game and not an actual weapon. Cmon, dart ammo? Plus, the optics don't look like that are even removable, a no-no in an antimaterial rifle or any long range rifle wouldn't you agree?What if you wanted to mount night vision or another type of scope? And look, the barrel is vented halfway down, what would be the purpose of doing that? Good photoshop work though ;)

The AMR, is a M-r1 weapon, which means its a moderized weapon, its not for tacitcal uses of any kind yet, its been made just not sold or produced in several areas basically like there prototypes in simple ways, just like teh GB, its not for play, just for show.... Ahhhh!!! Just liek the Hk's OICW!!! OICW is used, but tehy dont use it in tactical uses either, but they are still testing and doing BS to it b4 its even out on, basically they have it, and there still looking at it, just not on teh market ;), dont belive me EH?!?! haha, well, the guy who just told me this, well, he does lots of shit for USM, Feds, ext ext...
