Castro used it in 1942 when he got high off a blunt he found in the parking lot. Psychos use the term when they finally collect their 10,000th little white three-legged table found on most delivery pizza before making them into an army by dressing them up in tiny full confederate uniforms. its like an out-of-this-world version of "ALRIGHT!!" or KIKASS!!".
