Title: OSX 10.7 the end of Rosetta games Post by: PUNiSHER™ on February 27, 2011, 07:47:33 pm OSX 10.7 Lion is going to be dropping Rosetta. I think many of the classic games we used to play on here like Ghost Recon run under Rosetta which means these games will officially be "killed" once users upgrade to OSX 10.7.

That said im not so excited about how apple seems to be moving OS closer towards iOS..

.) OS9 Installation via SheepShaver or Basilisk .) Cider Layer .) Crossover PC Installation maybe possible Rosetta hacks. Right now I use MacOS7 a lot to play Lode Runner Online and Sim Farm within Snow Leopard. Boot time is a blast on my MBP. May I post a youtube movie because the speed is so insane =) |
