ps.: the skillpoint mulitplier has been reduced to 10 again because the additional points are now calculated progressive and not linear in other words if the clan is much worse than you, you get much less points, if the clan is almost as good or a little bit better than you, you get regular points, and if the clan is much better than you you get much more points.

script has been changed and rankings have been recalculated(also point multiplier has been increased to 15). As you can see few clans are now closer together especially c| and BT(10points), and GR ladder rank 15 - 5 are very close together(1 - 2 wins can change everthing there).

RS ladder is a little bit easier to understand.

General now it also counts how much worse a clan is you play e.g. you have 100 points and play a new clan with 10 points and win: you get 10 points for the win (+ player points for extralarge games) + (10/100*15)rounded down = 11, but if the clan is very close to you e.g. with 90 points you get 10 + (90/100 * 15)rounded down = 23 points. All in all this change should make the skillpoint system more accurate and gives you a very well feedback how you perform compared to other clans.

On a side note we have changed the season counter so it shows the days until the finals.

Hi guys,

due some critism about the skillpoint system especially about the rankings in the RS ladder we will fine tune our skillpoint algorithm.

Currently you get 10points for a win + player points + additional points(enemy points/yours * 10) if the clan you beat is a better ranked clan.

In detail this means that the skillpoint system only looks if the clan you beat was higher ranked or not.

It's like binary 1 or 0. We, Elandrion and I, will make a small change, so the system also looks how much worse the clan was. So if a clan beats another clan that is only a few points worse you get also some additional points but you still get 0 additional points if he is much worse than you.

This will have a major impact on the current standings and most strange rankings, especially if you haven't played much, will be history.

I don't know when we finish this upgrade but it will be before the finals start.
