Congratulations to BTs, BattleTekSquadron, for winning the Ghost Recon Ladder season 4! c| ended second after very hard fought games.

BTs defeated c| in their last 2 final games 6-4-1 each:
- Players for the first game:
c|: Splinter, Bob from Accounting and Dr. NO
BTs: Fusion, eight and Nova was subbed in by Signtist
- Players for the second game:
c|: Splinter, Ssickboy, BlackMantis and Dr. NO
BTs: Fusion, eight, HellBent and Signtist

c| was the dominating clan in the first 2/3 of the mainseason by a sensational winstreak of 28won cbs in a row! New alltime Battle League record! Then |n| fought their way up and conquered the first rank only to be defeated by BTs few days later. After this point BTs didn't lose the top position anymore. They defended their rank until the final round of the finals! c| could win the first game but then BTs struck back and finally won the Ghost Recon Ladder season 4! (BTs I gonna sent you a link to the BL winner logos soon)

Thanks to all clans for participating. It was a great and very exciting season and I hope you all had fun! Only minor cheatissues overshadowed the great overall experience. The first time in BL history we had to ban a clan from the BL due cheating.

But back to the positive notes: once again we have a new record of played cbs: almost 400 cbs have been played, 100 more than last season. Over 30active clans played through the whole season and so on...

Unfortunaly the RS ladder died this season due inactivness but may our BL changes for season 5 will bring back exciting CQC battles!

Season 5:

First the BL will take a 4 - 5 week break to make and finish some long planned changes!

The skillpoint system will be upgraded to a Combat Point System that will prevent any tactical use of the system. Encourage all clans to play, or in other words: let you have fun cbing and where you don't have to worry about penalty points if you challenge higher ranked clans!

We will also probably introduce few subladders just for fun beside the official BL ladder.

Many new additions will be discussed at our BL forums in the next few days. So you, the community, can add your wishes and form season 5!

Rogue Spear ladder dropped: due the lack of played RS final games I have to drop the RS ladder. As I mentioned it in a forum thread the *DAMN Battle League was created to have a Mac enviroment where clans can play other clans under one rulement. The league was originally created to have fun and to compare clan skills. I offer the enviroment and the clans use it. If nobody uses it - I'm fine with it. I'm not upset that much because you don't have to play - if you don't play - it's ok - you aren't playing for me - you should play because you like to play, period. However I'm sorry for RnT and Dr who played their final games. Probably I'm also a little bit responsible that the RS finals were screwed; some of my decisions were questionable and I didn't put my best efforts into the RS finals. For all RS players I can promise you that season 5 will also have many improvements for you!
