For repetitive breaches of *DAMN BL rules, and despite numerous attempts by the BL Admin and Chairman to rectify the situation, the clan -fA- is hereby banned from the remainder of season VIII by agreement of the *DAMN BL Admins and Chairman.

Furthermore the clan leader -fA-Stripes is hereby banned indefinitely from registering and running a clan on the *DAMN BL and is banned from acting as either Clan leader or War Admin with any clan on *DAMN.

Hi,

I hope you have fun playing some clanbattles. The response to our new FFA ladders is overwhelming. I have never expected such a success.

This success has been made possible mainly by one person: c| Splinter. He started his own FFA ladder almost a year ago. Without his experience and help creating our own FFA ladder the *DAMN FFA ladders probably wouldn't be what they are now. So big thanks for all your time, help and assistance Splinter.

Btw over 300 cbs have been played within the first 3 weeks of the season. That's a new alltime high. Great news especially because GameRanger has now also included stats for premium users..

Noto is currently working on a complete rewording of the *DAMN BL rules. They will be at least 5 pages shorter and should it make it a lot easier to participate at the BL. The new rules will be released very soon. Then also the new *DBL Map pack 2.55 update will be required for all GhR ladders.

Hi guys,

the BL Staff page shows now all current admins for season VIII.

The RvS Combat Point algorithm has been changed slightly:

In the last season it was that you got the Rank Points + Rank Points * Player Multiplifier.

Now you get, as original planned, only Rank Points * Player Multiplifier.

4vs4 is still the default cb where you get the Rank Points * 1. CBs smaller than the default size get less. See BL rules for multiplifier.

In your first cb, or in a cb against a yet unranked clan, you can gain 50 Rank points BUT these also get multiplied with the Player Multiplifier.

To sum up don't wonder if you get more or less than 50 points for your first cb, because the 50 points limit is the Rank Point Limit and not the total Combat Point Limit.

The following rule has been added to the GR Team ladder rules:

"The Domination and *DBL Domination gametyp can't be chosen on any CQB map(a map list can be found in the CQB Ladder specific rules)"

Guys and gals,

welcome to a new exciting Battle League Season.

The *DBL Map Pack Update has been uploaded to our Mac downloads as well as the latest BL rules .

There are a lot of changes so please download them and read them carefully.

Another major change that hasn't been added to the rules yet is that from now on or at least starting with season IX we gonna have a fix number of seasons and offseasons per year with fix sheduled times. Further we are thinking about bigger finals with 6 or 8 clans again, depending on how active the ladder was. Once all details are final I gonna update the rules.

The registering issues should be all fixed now.

The BL Staff page doesn't show the current admins yet due a small script bug. But this should be fixed tomorrow.
