...and we have our season winners: tonight we have seen a very close season finish. Po)| and GhRa tried everything to win this season. Unfortunaly for Po)| and GhRa the time run out and some scheduled cbs couldn't be played anymore. Otherwise maybe we would have seen another winner.

However congratulations to Animals, who came in first by only one won game difference in front of GhRa. Po)| reached the 3rd place. Both runner ups played some excellent games, just a little bit luck in the end was missing.

The unfortunaly not very active GhR CQB ladder was also won by Animals.

Virus won again the RvS Adv title as well as the RvS CQB ladder. Runner up in both cases was KoS, who showed a very strong comeback.

The farewell tourneys were won by Animals(GhR) and KoS(RvS).

Congratulations to all clans. I hope you enjoyed the last *DBL 1.0 season. The *DBL 2.0 is on the way. Just today I finished the framework and gonna work on the different modules.

Btw to get rid of a big misunderstanding!!!!: the GhR and RvS Farewell tourney's didn't mean that there will be no more GhR or RvS ladders. Contrary it just meant we are done with the current script and are heading towards a complete new and more powerful script, which will feature even better and more exciting GhR and RvS ladders.

The *DBL is cleaning up the submitted data.

This may take a few minutes.

Just 2 hours until season XIV ends, and 3 clans have chances to win the GhR Adv title. Right now Animals is leading the ladder due an automated win vs. GhRa, who missed an accepted challenge. But GhRa is very close behind and still can cb vs. Po)| and Animals and make everything clear.

Po)| just needs a win to also get 18 points. Then the total number of played cbs and won games may decide who earns the title.

The RvS Adv ladder title will go to Virus.

The CQB ladders are still open and could be decided in the last minutes of this season.

Tribe was suspended from the GhRa ladder for dismissing 3 challenges.

The *DBL admin team just decided to remove all cbs in the GhR Adv ladder that Tribe played and further of all clans that might pull out until the end of the season.

Although the season is different from the previous season, where we nullified all cbs of clans pulling out in the middle of the season the first time in the *DBL's history, the *DBL Administration decided to redo such removals because clans tried to challenge Tribe to 3 cbs. These cbs could have changed the ranking of the particular ladder. As a consequence we remove all cbs by Tribe to ensure all clans can play the same amount of cbs.

Clans directly affected are GhRa, who lose their top spot and are now 2nd, and Djrs, who have 2 lost cbs less.
GhRa are contacted directly per mail to avoid any surprise by the end of the season.

I hope you are all fine. Sorry for the lack of updates, but I was busy with the *DBL 2.0.

Finally the tourney graphics have been updated and show the winners. Once again congratulatins to Animals and KoS for winning the GhR and RvS tourney. Especially KoS, surprised with their comeback. They have won the Rogue Spear Season 1 and 2 back in 2002 and have been inactive since then.

Due the summer holidays the cb rate came to a virtual stop, but I want to remember that the season only lasts another 7 days. Many clans still have good chances to win this or that ladder. So get your team together and try your best.

The *DBL 2.0 development is going along slowly but continuously. In the next days I gonna post a more detailed update in the *DBL forums.
