That's because some cbs got removed while the Matchlist ID normally continued and the cb counter really only shows the official counted games.

The MatchList page shows the latest game played with ID 907, and the ladder is up to date with this most recent group of CBs (I know because my clan dropped eight slots), but the line at the top of the BL web pages reads "-- Total CBs played since 06/01/2002: 893 --".
It's nothing important, but just so that you're aware, there it is.
