[*NADS & AK] - [2.9.2002 ; 3:32 am - by *DAMN Mauti]
To sum up if you don't know what was going on:

*NADS made a mocking website about AK. They added the touch and feel of the original AK site to get AKs attention. AK came to me to stop it please because they feel insulted and at all this has nothing to do with a fun game anymore. *NADS(and all other clans that are going to do such sites) got warned and took the site off. 22days later the site was avaible for public again as a consequence I banned *NADS. Next to this I was working with my BL admins on a new rule to set a "level of minimum respect". Because I want to dissociate myself and the BL from such behaviour(kind of transfered competition). The BL is about a game and not about to start flame wars with each other. However yesterday an impersonating website about *NADS appeared made by AK although not advertised this site had the same intention as the *NADS site to damage a clan's reputation. This changed everything.

I didn't respect such behaviour and I still don't respect it. However if I would ban both clans now they wouldn't stop to fight each other with insults. As a consequence I unban *NADS and will introduce the new rule with the start of the 2nd season on 1st october. All clans that want to join the BL should dissociate theirself from mocking and impersonating other clans.

*NADS you claim you only make good fun then I suggest you to change your current spoof site to a real spoof site. Nobody has something against a good joke but currently your site is only insulting. While you change the AH site I would please you to take it offline. Thanks. Read Bondo's article A real spoof and make your site really fun. Rapid I don't suggest you to upload your site again because it doesn't make anything better. Please follow my advice.

That's it btw the new rule will be like this:
Impersonation of a clan or players that is hurtful through a website, GR name/icons, or any type up to the admins' discression, is strictly forbidden and will be subject to punishment of offending clan/players.

I hope you can all live with this solution. Any comments are appreciated.

Hell ya i think you are doing the right thing. To bitch about someone making fun of your clan, and then turn around and do the same thing is stupid. I think you handled it well.

Viper, don't jump to conclusions that Rapid is wrong to jump to conclusions. Said admin probably shouldn't have given the link to anyone else but he did. Rapid is right to feel betrayed...even if he was stupid to be giving link to said admin as that admin doesn't like said Rapid.

I seek that you give Rapid a punishment for the non stop pointing of the fingers. Of course it's never you Rapid. Rapid doing something wrong?! Unheard of, it's always someone else.

I never uploaded my site in the first place! I only had one page done and showed it to a BL Administrator 24 Days ago and he was supposed to keep this material confidential. He broke his duty and I seek that you give him a punishment. I have never uploaded a site and made it public by posting it in the forums and idling on GR 24 hours a day advertising the URL, so I don't equal to the crime Capt committed. Now if you find that by me showing your BL Administrator my Page, I commited a penalty as equal to Capt, I'd like for you to explain. If you find me as guilty as Capt, I might as well have material that makes me as guilty as him along with actions as guilty as him. He needs to be served his punishment, and then I won't Really have to upload my site in response to his insults to my clan. Otherwise, you let him have the best of it and that simply is not fair. I never violated anything. Your BL Administrator did that.

Well, I believe this to be fair. I think you are right Mauti in saying that the site should not be hurtful or insulting. It should be fun, I am now understanding in some ways how you feel being the BL Admin. You have been fair in your decision, I applaud you in that.
